Neighboring Academy Partners with Penn State Health Community Relations

DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA — Rising 9th & 10th graders in the Neighboring Academy at Steelton-Highspire School District, are now able to learn mental health techniques from professionals at the PA Psychiatric Institute to ease stress and manage behaviors. The training sessions and experiences are made possible through PSU Health Community Relations.
