Academy Students Visit Gettysburg College

Neighboring Academy students were recently invited to visit Gettysburg College and the Garthwait Leadership Center.

On this excursion, our Junior students (Module 1) had the opportunity to take a tour of the College and meet their coaches for our developing coaching program.

These students engaged in professional development activities, networked with college professionals, and learned about using their strengths to prepare for the future and pathways to homeownership.

The Neighboring Academy’s partnership with Gettysburg plans to launch within weeks with the start of coaching sessions! We are grateful for the support of Garthwait Leadership Center and the ways they are investing in our students.
